To qualify for a refund, learners must submit a request within 14 days from the subscription start date, which begins on the first day of the program’s first live session or class. Requests received after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for partially used subscriptions, personal dissatisfaction, or any other reasons once the 14-day refund window has closed.

Regardless of the payment method used, approved refunds will be issued only to the customer’s bank account via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or any other suitable transfer method. We may ask for additional details or documents (such as a cancelled cheque) to verify account ownership before processing the refund.
Once all required information is received, we aim to complete the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will not be granted for non-usage, dissatisfaction with the program, or for any reason after the refund window has expired.
